Dr. Akansha Sharma is a dynamic legal professional based in New Delhi, India, born on 29 August 1996, with expertise in corporate law, criminal law, and intellectual property rights. She holds a Doctorate in Law (Criminal Law) from NextGen University, an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from the Indian Law Institute, and an LL.B. from GGSIP University, with her schooling completed at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. Professionally, she has worked as a Corporate Lawyer with organizations such as Asort Pvt. Ltd. and Vajour Pvt. Ltd., gaining strong experience in legal advisory, compliance, and governance. She has held prominent leadership positions including Vice President of the WJMC Self-Regulatory Body under the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Former Vice Chairman (NCT-Delhi) at the MSME Promotion Council, and Director at SECI under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (MOSJE). In addition, she serves as Academic Asia Chairman at NextGen University International and Vice Chairman (Legal) at the Nature Welfare Council.
